This 69 has one of the best combinations of performance and comfort offered that
year. The L46 350ci/350hp engine was the most powerful small block offered
in 69. It had plenty of power and torque, but its hydraulic lifters made it a great,
low maintenance daily driver and a great weekend cruiser. Combine that with
factory A/C, power brakes, power steering, tilt/tele steering wheel, fender louver
trim and AM/FM radio and you have a grand touring Corvette of the first order!
But what really sets it apart is the ultra-rare, (with this engine) Transistorized
Ignition, designated GD suffix thats badly, (but correctly) stamped on the engine pad.
